TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who we are

The Best Country in the World (the "Service") is operated by Juicy marketing ltd ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By using the Service you enter into a contract with Juicy marketing ltd. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service — browsing the map, viewing the ranking, or purchasing pixels — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

3. The Service

The Service is a live global competition: users purchase "pixels" for a country, each pixel adds one point to that country's all-time total, and countries are ranked by total pixels. Every 100,000 pixels completes a round and awards the country a star; the total never resets. Pixels are a digital, symbolic contribution to the ranking — they carry no monetary value, cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged, and grant no ownership of any part of the Service.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before checkout and charged once per purchase; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Pixels are credited to a country only after the payment is confirmed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• send spam or use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure (malware, probing, scraping, automated abuse);
• attempt to manipulate the ranking through payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or exploiting technical flaws;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property — the software, design, map presentation, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. National flags and country names remain the public symbols of their respective countries.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and the live ranking may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, and may void pixels obtained unlawfully, in cases of material breach of these Terms, non-payment or payment fraud, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
